Dr Fabian’s approach to Periodontal care is guided by a straightforward principle: combining clinical accuracy with a genuinely supportive patient experience. His focus extends beyond treating periodontal and implant conditions to fostering an environment where patients feel comfortable, well-informed, and confident in their care. With over 18 years of experience in dentistry and advanced training in Periodontics and Implantology, he prioritises long-term outcomes through thoughtfully planned, evidence-based treatment.
He graduated with the highest distinction in 2008 from the University of Chile. He then undertook a three-year residency in Oral Implantology, followed by a Master’s degree in Periodontics. In 2014, Dr Fabian relocated to Australia to further advance his clinical and academic expertise, conducting research in bone regeneration and completing his PhD at the University of Sydney.
He later completed the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DCD) in Periodontics at the University of Melbourne, strengthening his expertise in the management of complex periodontal and peri-implant conditions.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Fabian has maintained a strong involvement in education and research. He has worked as a Lecturer in Periodontics at the University of Sydney and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications at both national and international levels. He is an active member of the Australian Society of Periodontology, the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists, the Australian Dental Association, and the Osteology Foundation.
